Pecs

On my 13th day in Hungary, I made a trip to Pecs. I liked the older part of the Hungary with the Pecs Cathedral that was built in 11th century. The center of the city is very beautiful with delicious food and very nice and kind people. I also liked the zoo and museums of the city. Pecs is a lovely city the inexpensive accommodation and food. Visiting Hungary was an awesome experience. I enjoyed it a lot and I am looking forward to visit this marvelous country again and explore it in more depth.

Lake Balaton

Lake Balaton, the largest lake in the central Europe, is surrounded by fairytale forests, volcanic mountains and much more. It is known as national park in Hungary. In the south of the Lake Balaton, one can go resorts with clubs and live a party life. Nevertheless, it is very quiet, peaceful and beautiful in the north of the Balaton. During my stay in Lake Balaton, I experienced both northern and southern life. I spent two days in the Lake Balaton and visited the castles and palaces along the lake shore and took the ferry across the lake. I also went to Haviz, a place famous for thermal spa.

Gyor

In the Gyor, I stayed in the Isabelle hotel. I spent two days in Gyor. It is a very beautiful town, full of colors and flowers. Gyor is a town of festivals.  It is Hungary’s one of the richest town in historic buildings.  It offers various attractive programs for art lovers throughout the year. Gyor is small enough that one can walk and see the city just in one day. The city hall is one of the easily recognizable buildings of the town. It has been served as the city hall since 16th century. In the Gyor, One can walk the entire day but do not feel too worn out. The colors of the town do not let you to feel tired of walking. I enjoyed my stay in Gyor a lot.

Miskolc

I heard a lot regarding the Miskolc transport that it is transport is one of best transports in Hungary. Train journey to Miskolc was an awesome experience. Miskolc cave thermal baths are very famous. The water, full of minerals makes you feel very relaxed. Boating, in the beautiful lake surrounded by wild trees, is an awesome experience.

On the Seventh day in Hungary, I headed towards the Szeged. I boarded the Rail Europe and reached the Szeged in approximately two hours. Szeged has a lot to offer to its visitors such as theatres, operas, classical and popular music performance and the architect of the city. In the afternoon, I went for the thermal baths that are the part of the Hungarian culture.

Debrecen

I boarded the train in order to go to the Debrecen. Train journey is very famous in Hungary. After visiting the Nagyerdei Park and Puszta forest, I went to visit the Protestant Great Church that has 3000 seats and is the largest church in the country. Its interior is very beautiful and worth seeing.
